• Wipe down surfaces to remove construction dust.

• Clean ceilings, windows, baseboards and walls.

• Remove stickers and labels from new appliances and fixtures if any.

• Remove paint splatters, excess caulk, and other construction remains.

• Dust light fixtures and signs.

• Dust vents and filters.

• Vaccuum and/or mop floors.

• Remove trash and remaining construction debris.
